What we collect

  • Account details: shop name, owner name, email, phone number.
  • Business data you enter: products, stock, bills, customers, purchases, and reports.
  • Payment metadata from our payment processor (Razorpay) - we never see or store your card/bank details directly.
  • Basic usage/login logs (IP address, device info, timestamps) for security and audit purposes.

Why we collect it

Solely to operate the Trayvo service for you: running your billing/inventory/POS workflows, securing your account, processing subscription payments, and providing customer support.

GST & financial data

GST rates, GSTIN, and invoice data you enter are used only to generate your bills and reports. We don't transmit this data anywhere beyond what's needed to run the app and (if you export a report) send it to you.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share the minimum necessary data with:

  • Razorpay, to process subscription payments.
  • SendGrid, to send transactional emails (invitations, receipts, verification codes, password resets).

Security

Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), data access is isolated per shop account, and API access is rate-limited. See our Terms of Service for related terms.

Data retention & deletion

Your data remains accessible as long as your account exists. If you cancel your subscription, your data stays viewable/exportable - nothing is deleted automatically. To request full account and data deletion, contact us via the support channel listed in your dashboard.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally; continued use of Trayvo means you accept the current version.
