1. The service

Trayvo is a billing, inventory, and point-of-sale system provided as a subscription service. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Each shop account may add staff (cashier) users at the discretion of the admin, up to your plan's user limit.

3. Free trial & billing

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial - no card required. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue making changes to your data (you can always view and export your existing data, even without an active plan). Plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page.

4. Cancellation & refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details - you can cancel anytime, no written notice required.

5. Your data

You own all data you enter into Trayvo. We don't sell or share your business data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we store and why.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Trayvo for unlawful purposes, to store data you don't have rights to, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the issue occurred.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Trayvo after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
