Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your account - no notice period, no email required.
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
  • After that, your account keeps working in read-only mode: you can still view and export all your data, but new bills/products/purchases can't be added until you resubscribe.

Refunds

  • Monthly plans: no refund for the current partial month, since you keep access through the period you paid for.
  • Annual plans: refundable within 14 days of purchase; non-refundable after that (you still keep access for the full paid year).
  • Free trial: no charge, so nothing to refund - cancel during the trial and you're never billed.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry automatically and email you. Your account keeps full write access for a 7-day grace period. If payment still hasn't gone through after that, the account switches to read-only (your data is always safe and exportable) until billing is fixed.

Your data after cancellation

We never hold your data hostage. Whether you cancel or a payment lapses, you can always log in and export your products, bills, and reports - see our Privacy Policy for how long we retain it.
